4. Content Ownership and Rights

Billing

Cancellation and Refunds

Refund Formula: Monthly Price × (1 - Usage Percentage)

For example, if you’ve used 25% of your monthly video processing quota, you’ll receive a 75% refund of your subscription fee. If you’ve used 100% of your quota, no refund will be issued. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Fair Use Policy

ClipGrind provides generous usage allocations based on your subscription tier. To ensure a quality experience for all users and maintain service stability, we enforce the following fair use guidelines:

Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes a monthly allocation of video processing minutes, clip exports, and AI analysis requests. These limits are clearly displayed on your account dashboard and in our pricing information. Usage resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Prohibited Activities

Under this Fair Use Policy, you agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable human usage
• Share account credentials to circumvent usage limits
• Create multiple accounts to exceed tier allocations
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute clips generated through the Service without a business plan
• Engage in activities that place excessive load on our infrastructure
• Exploit system vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized usage

Enforcement

If we detect usage patterns that violate this Fair Use Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Notify you and request that you reduce usage or upgrade your plan
• Temporarily throttle or suspend your access to the Service
• Permanently terminate your account for repeated or egregious violations

Good Faith Usage

We encourage all users to use ClipGrind in good faith for its intended purpose: creating high-quality short-form video content. If you anticipate needing usage beyond your current tier, please contact us to discuss enterprise or custom plans tailored to your needs.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by ClipGrind and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRINDCLIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT AI-GENERATED CLIPS WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClipGrind and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
